The bed was very comfortable.

The walls were thin, leading to constant noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

I was there for the trip and had a really really nice stay, so I would come there again. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with thin floors. It was nice to find a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was next to the outskirts of Rome, NY and restaurants and downtown.

The breakfast spread had some tasty gems-those make-your-own waffles had my kids bouncing off the walls! The comfy pool temp was another win, perfect for splashing around. Honestly, the king-sized bed was a dream!

Spacious room, clean bathroom, the beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep and the location was convenient with a gas station right across the street for snacks and drinks late at night.

My kids wished for larger towels at the pool.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great for our family. Loved the quality of the bedding and the overall cleanliness. The bathroom amenities could be upgraded. The shower head was basic, and the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But the kids really enjoyed the setup for their nighttime routine with plenty of space. Just wish the bathroom felt a bit more modern.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially caprice at the front desk. My family loved the make-your-own waffles and the pool's comfy temperature.

The spacious lobby and well-maintained common areas felt inviting and easy to navigate for seniors like me. The decor was charming, and I appreciated how bright and cute everything appeared .

More seating options would enhance comfort for seniors.

The staff did their best to. I remember there was a loud group of kids running wild and the clerk was cleaning up beer off the floor until the early hours.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still decent for the time spent.
